Soul lessons can be defined as the underlying or baseline themes that we (as human and soul beings) are trying to learn. Once we get clearer on our soul-level lessons, we better understand how life's events are giving us opportunities to learn, evolve, heal or grow from a soul level.

In this class, we will:

• Explore the concepts of "soul journey" and "human journey" and understand how they work together

• Discuss the concepts of past lives and karma as it relates to the soul journey

• Acknowledge how your early life embody important moments in your soul's journey and give us clues about your soul journey
