About the event
This is a seven class series that will run as follows. Please intend to attend all classes with stars (*). Students will gain free admittance to the Soul Reason Soul Tribe Discussion groups held on November 2 and December 7 (attendence is optional). Classes will be held on Zoom in the Eastern Time Zone from 7-8:30pm. Classes will not be recorded to create safety and confidentiality during our work.
*October 12, Class 1: Intro to the shadow and use of writing to explore shadow self
*October 19, Class 2: Admiration and Disdain, exploration through writing
*October 26, Class 3 : Praise and Shame, exploration through writing
November 2 , NO CLASS: (Optional) Students may attend the Soul Tribe Discussion Group for Free from 6:30-8pm
*November 9, Class 4: Familial Cast Shadows, exploration through writing
